What to do if your debit or credit card is lost or stolen:

If your SimplyBank-issued debit or ATM card is lost or stolen, or if you suspect card fraud while our offices are closed, please call 855-775-8400 for immediate assistance.
If your card is lost or you'd like to make a report during normal business hours, call either 423-567-7265 or contact your local branch.
